Soapbox Support

Soapbox is a daily speaking habit: one prompt, two minutes on your feet, instant feedback on pace, filler words, vocabulary, and flow.

How scoring works

Your 0–100 score weighs pace (120–180 words per minute is the sweet spot), filler words, vocabulary variety, and sentence flow. It's computed on your device the moment you stop talking.

The mic isn't picking me up

Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition, and make sure Soapbox is enabled for both. Both permissions are required to transcribe your talk.

What's in Soapbox Plus?

The Storytelling, Presentation, and Interview tracks, your full history and trends, and AI coach feedback on every talk — structure, specificity, confidence, conciseness, plus a tighter rewrite of what you said.

Restore purchases

Settings → Restore purchases.

Not getting reminders?

Soapbox sends at most one notification a day. Check Settings → Notifications → Soapbox on your iPhone, and the reminder time inside the app.
