How Knock works

Pair: Send your invite link. When they join, you each get an ember.
Knock: Tap their ember. Their phone glows with your name in your color for ten minutes.
Warm runs: Knock each other on consecutive days and the ember stays lit. Miss a day and it cools for 48 hours before the run resets. One free rekindle per month.
Quiet hours: Knocks sent while someone sleeps arrive when they wake.
Widget: Long-press your home screen → Edit → Add Widget → Knock.

Why didn't their phone glow? They may have quiet hours on, notifications off, or no internet. The knock still counts for your warm run.

How do I stop someone from knocking me? Long-press their ember → Unpair (removes both sides) or Block (permanent). Both are instant and silent.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. Everything is removed immediately.
