AI Zen Garden respects your privacy. The app has no accounts, no logins, and no advertising. It does not track you and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Your garden layout (stones, sand, objects, and scene preferences) is stored on your device so it can return when you reopen the app. It is not uploaded to our servers.
Some features (garden wisdom, garden naming, guided meditation, and "create from mood") prefer Google's Gemini API through a small proxy. When you tap one of these and the network is available, a short anonymous description of your garden's current state (for example the number of stones and how the sand is raked) is sent to produce a response. This text contains no personal information and is not tied to your identity. Google's handling of that request is governed by its own privacy policy.
If the network or proxy is unavailable, the same features fall back to on-device reflections composed from your garden state. Nothing leaves your device in that case.
