Your gratitude entries stay on your device. There is no account, no server of ours, and nothing you write is ever sent to us. The app is free, and advertising pays for it.
Nothing. One-Tap Gratitude has no account, no sign-in and no backend. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we receive no usage data, because there is no server of ours for it to reach.
Your entries, sparks, streaks and settings are stored in the app's own storage on your device. They are not uploaded, backed up to us, or shared with anyone. The only way an entry leaves your phone is if you export or share it yourself, using the export options or the iOS share sheet.
One-Tap Gratitude displays banner and occasional full-screen advertising supplied by Google AdMob. This is the app's only source of revenue. To serve and measure those ads, Google may collect:
This data goes from the Google Mobile Ads SDK directly to Google. We never see it, and we receive only aggregate, anonymous revenue figures that cannot identify you.
On first launch, iOS asks whether One-Tap Gratitude may track you across other companies' apps and websites. This is Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and your answer is binding. Choose Ask App Not to Track and your advertising identifier is withheld, so you receive non-personalised ads instead. Every feature of the app works exactly the same either way — nothing is withheld or degraded if you decline.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and adjust Google's ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Google's handling of advertising data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms.
If you turn on a daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device at the time you pick. Nothing is sent through a server to deliver it, and we are not told whether you opened it. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Deleting the app removes every entry and setting immediately and permanently. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, there is no copy left for you to request the deletion of.
Under laws such as the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase. For data collected by Google to serve ads, use Google's privacy controls, or decline tracking as described above. We do not sell or share personal information.
One-Tap Gratitude carries a 4+ age rating because it contains no objectionable content, but it displays advertising and is not directed to children. It is not part of Apple's Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If a future version of the app handles data differently, this page will say so before that version ships, and the date above will change.
