AI Zen Garden Support
A sand garden you rake with your finger. It is still there when you come back.
How do I rake?
Drag one finger across the sand. The app opens on the Rake tool, so you can start immediately. Use the dock to switch to Sand, Tint, Ridge, or Place, and Reflect for a written prompt.
I made a mess. Can I undo?
Tap with two fingers to undo the last stroke. After a Reset or a new garden, a Restore previous chip appears so you can bring back the garden you had before.
Will my garden still be here tomorrow?
Yes. The garden is written to your device's Documents folder, not just browser storage, so it survives closing the app and normal storage cleanup. It stays on your device and is never uploaded.
Does it play over my music?
Yes. The rake hiss, pour, and stone sounds mix with whatever you are already listening to rather than interrupting it. Silence them with your device's ringer switch or volume.
The reflection prompt is not loading
Reflect is the one feature that needs a network connection. If it fails, check your connection and try again. Everything else, including raking, sand, stones, and saving, works fully offline.
Saving and sharing
Use Save to export a full-resolution image of your garden. If saving to Photos fails, check Settings then Privacy and Security then Photos and allow AI Zen Garden to add photos.
The camera feels stuck
Drag with two fingers to orbit and pinch to zoom. Double tap to bring the camera back to its starting position if you have drifted somewhere odd.
